Under all circumstances USPS is responsible for any of all mail pieces that undergo USPS delivery services. How to return:
Please email us at for any questions or concerns. We must be notified within 14 days of your purchase. For hair products, items must be unopened and unused. For clothing, items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached. Accessories are final sale. Include your name, order number and reason for return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit and return shipping was not prepaid, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
