Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our hair and beard products, all sales are final. However, we do offer exchanges in the event of damaged or defective items.

Exchanges (Damaged or Defective Items Only)

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Email us at info@thesdcollection.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective product.
  • Once approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene and product safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defects.
  • Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

How to Exchange (Damaged or Defective Items Only)

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request an exchange:

  • Email us at info@sdcollection.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damaged or defective item.
  • Once approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return shipping was prepaid, in which case the cost will be deducted from your store credit.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • All sales are final on hair and beard products, except for exchanges due to damage or defects.
  • Accessories are final sale.
  • Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached for exchange eligibility if damaged.
